The hotel does not accept any liability for items placed in the safe.

Edeka at Ostbahnhof is open until 11:00 pm.

Due to our climate-friendly policy we do not have air conditioning in the rooms. Instead we use an air-exchange cooling system, which is better for your health.

It cools the room by up to 6 °C below the outdoor temperature.

We are happy to store your luggage at our reception.

Pets are allowed and welcome to stay with us.

A small fee of 15€ per night will be charged.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere in the hotel – in the guest rooms and in all public areas.

You will be charged 500€ if you smoke and we will also report you to the police if our fire alarm system is set off.
